이용약관Terms of Service

제1조 (목적)Article 1 (Purpose)

본 약관은 Oasis Studio(이하 "회사")가 제공하는 모바일 애플리케이션 "레시피줍줍"(이하 "서비스")의 이용과 관련하여 회사와 이용자 간의 권리·의무 및 책임사항을 규정하는 것을 목적으로 합니다.These terms govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between Oasis Studio ("the Company") and users in connection with the use of the mobile application "RecipeJupJup" ("the Service").

제2조 (서비스의 내용)Article 2 (Description of the Service)

서비스는 이용자가 공유한 공개된 웹·SNS 콘텐츠(링크)로부터 레시피 정보(재료, 조리법, 영양정보 등)를 추출·정리하여 이용자의 계정에 보관할 수 있도록 지원합니다.The Service helps users extract and organize recipe information (ingredients, instructions, nutrition, etc.) from public web and social media content (links) they share, and store it in their account.

제3조 (계정)Article 3 (Accounts)

• 이용자는 Apple, 카카오, Google 계정을 통해 로그인하여 서비스를 이용합니다.
• 이용자는 본인의 계정 및 로그인 수단을 안전하게 관리할 책임이 있습니다.

• Users access the Service by logging in with an Apple, Kakao, or Google account.
• Users are responsible for safely managing their own account and login credentials.

제4조 (이용자의 의무)Article 4 (User Obligations)

• 이용자는 관련 법령과 본 약관을 준수하여야 합니다.
• 타인의 지적재산권을 침해하거나 불법적인 콘텐츠를 서비스에 입력·저장해서는 안 됩니다.
• 서비스를 이용해 추출한 콘텐츠의 원저작권은 원저작자에게 있으며, 이용자는 개인적·비상업적 목적 범위에서 이용합니다.

• Users must comply with applicable laws and these terms.
• Users must not infringe others' intellectual property rights or input/store illegal content in the Service.
• Copyright in content extracted via the Service belongs to its original author; users may use it only for personal, non-commercial purposes.

제5조 (지적재산권)Article 5 (Intellectual Property)

서비스 자체 및 회사가 제작한 콘텐츠에 대한 저작권은 회사에 귀속됩니다. 이용자가 추출·저장한 제3자 레시피의 저작권은 해당 저작권자에게 있습니다.Copyright in the Service itself and in content created by the Company belongs to the Company. Copyright in third-party recipes extracted or stored by users belongs to the respective copyright holders.

제6조 (무료·유료 이용)Article 6 (Free and Paid Use)

서비스는 주간 무료 사용 한도를 제공하며, 한도를 초과하는 이용에 대해서는 별도의 유료 상품이 제공될 수 있습니다. 유료 상품의 결제·환불은 각 앱스토어의 정책을 따릅니다.The Service provides a weekly free usage limit, and paid products may be offered for usage beyond that limit. Payment and refunds for paid products follow the policies of the respective app stores.

제7조 (서비스의 변경 및 중단)Article 7 (Changes and Suspension of the Service)

회사는 운영상·기술상 필요에 따라 서비스의 전부 또는 일부를 변경하거나 중단할 수 있으며, 중대한 변경 시 사전에 공지합니다.The Company may change or suspend all or part of the Service as needed for operational or technical reasons, and will give prior notice of material changes.

제8조 (면책)Article 8 (Disclaimer)

• 추출된 레시피·영양정보는 자동화된 처리에 의한 참고 정보이며, 회사는 그 정확성·완전성을 보증하지 않습니다.
• 이용자는 식품 알레르기 등 건강 관련 사항을 스스로 확인할 책임이 있습니다.
• 회사는 천재지변, 제3자 서비스 장애 등 회사의 통제를 벗어난 사유로 인한 손해에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.

• Extracted recipes and nutrition information are reference data produced by automated processing; the Company does not guarantee their accuracy or completeness.
• Users are responsible for verifying health-related matters such as food allergies themselves.
• The Company is not liable for damages caused by events beyond its control, such as force majeure or third-party service outages.

제9조 (약관의 변경)Article 9 (Changes to These Terms)

회사는 필요 시 본 약관을 개정할 수 있으며, 개정 시 시행일과 변경내용을 서비스 내 또는 본 페이지를 통해 공지합니다.The Company may revise these terms as needed. When revised, the effective date and changes will be announced within the Service or on this page.
